Engagement Photos - Ocean City, MD - Kelly & Jeff

I’m photographing Kelly & Jeff’s upcoming wedding at the beautiful & amazing Dunes Manor in Ocean City, MD, and they had asked me to do their engagement photos in Ocean City, MD as well. Since they were confident we were going to get quite a few beach shots at the wedding itself, they wanted something little different for the engagement photos. As it turns out, Northside Park in Ocean City, MD is a great location to do engagement photos. The reasons for this are two-fold: really beautiful scenery, and no sand & wind elements to worry about since it’s bayside & not directly on the ocean. We lucked out with the light & no crowds of people. We took a walk around the perimeter of the park, and anywhere we found a great background/location and set up my light stand & we took the photos. These were all shot these right before the sun was setting, and I love the way these came out….see a few of my favorites below!

Alexis & Toby's Dreamy Ocean City, MD Wedding

Here’s a few wedding photos from Alexis & Toby’s Ocean City, MD Wedding which was at the beautiful Coastal59 venue on 59th St in Ocean City, MD. After having some rain on and off during the day, we lucked out when the clouds parted and we were able to get out to the beach for some dreamy portraits. LOVED the way these photos turned out, and you can see some of my favorites below! Enjoy!

Dream Wedding in Newark, Delaware - Diane & James

This was a magnificent rustic dream wedding at Greenbank Mills & Philips Farm in Newark, Delaware which is right outside the city of Wilmington. This location used to function as a 19th century farm, and there was a number of great locations on the property that we were able to take advantage of for amazing photos. It felt like a step-back-in-time even though we were very close to the city of Wilmington. As the photos show below, it was a gorgeous day, not too cold and not too hot, and the pictures tell the whole story. If you’re interested in getting married in Delaware and you’re looking for a quality rustic wedding venue, this location is an amazing choice and can’t recommend it highly enough. Their staff is amazing and they’re very accommodating to all your Delaware wedding needs. Thanks again to Greenbank Mills & Philips Farm and congrats to Diane & James!

Ocean City, MD wedding at Dunes Manor Hotel!

Where do I begin to describe this amazing Ocean City, MD wedding? Shari and Paul had their wedding right on the beach in-front of the beautiful Dunes Manor Hotel in Ocean City, MD. I can’t recommend this OC hotel enough, the staircase leading up to the main lobby is amazing, and in terms of hotels and the overall “wedding experience”, I always find this hotel & the staff to be top-notch and very accommodating.

This wedding came up very last minute due to a local photographer & friend having a family emergency, so I had only a few days to prepare and luckily it all worked out in the end and I think we ended up with some gorgeous photos that tell the whole story below.

Not only is the venue and the hotel absolutely gorgeous, but the beach right in-front of it wasn’t too bad either! This was a HOT Saturday wedding, likely 92 degrees in fairly full Sun(!) - but that didn’t stop this couple from having an awesome time.

Here’s some favorite shots below from this recent wedding.

Love this wide-angle shot of Shari & Paul at their Ocean City, MD wedding this past July! :)

Ocean Pines, MD Wedding - Victoria & Jose

This was an amazing wedding (from 6.20.20) that started in the late afternoon in Ocean Pines, MD and after the ceremony we did some portraits out on the beach in Ocean City, MD right by 75th street where we were able to find some privacy to do these amazing portraits.

The top two photos here were done by “prisming” right on the beach, and I love the way these came out! I’ll be posting more of these soon, but in the meantime enjoy!

Looking for an Ocean City, MD wedding photographer?

Hi there,

So if you’re looking for an Ocean City, MD wedding photographer you’ve come to the right place. My goal as a wedding photographer is to capture your special day from beginning to end, and I love capturing memories for the bride & groom to last a lifetime. Here’s some personal favorite ‘bride-getting-ready’ photos I posted below that shed light on the “beginning” of your wedding day.

Not every bride (or groom for that matter!) wants to capture the ‘getting-ready’ portion of the day for a variety of reasons - because of potential schedule shifts, underlying stress, the underlying real-life need to ‘get ready for the big day’ without worrying about getting photos done etc. All of these reasons make absolute perfect sense too! :) But with that being said, I do think a series of ‘bride-getting-ready’ shots will definitely capture an important “preparation” of your big day that is undeniable.

Most bride-getting-ready shoots will often only take me only 30-45 minutes to do, and the memories and the moments definitely last forever! Here’s a few of my favorite select shots below of bride-getting-ready shots:

For the bride-getting-ready shots, I try not to use flash (if possible) and I love shooting right by any window that’s available. This adds a lot of natural light to the room, and the results often speak for themselves! Most hotels right in the Ocean City, MD are located right on the beach, so there’s no shortage of sunlight to work with.

Sometimes if you’re lucky, the bridal suite will have space outside that will make for some compelling shots to “get ready” in, luckily at Savanna & Tim’s recent wedding in Ocean City, MD there was no shortage of amazing spots to capture her getting ready. The view was spectacular here, and it definitely added to the magic of the day!

An Ocean City, MD Wedding Album!

I’ve done quite a few wedding albums for couples, but I am in LOVE with this recently completed album I did for Savanna & Tim who were married at a private residence right on Assawoman Bay in Ocean City, Maryland. The wedding album color they chose is “Rose Gold”, and this album comes with thick durable beautiful pages. It’s made of durable leather, and this style of wedding album is the “square cameo” which has a preview image right on the front of the album. They wanted the shot of them standing above the rose pedals right on the bay, so I think this was an amazing choice! - This album arrives in a custom grey canvas box, and it will last for a lifetime! I was attending Photoplus up in New York City when I had a chance to preview it, and you can see a few snapshots below…
